From clear images that truly represent the food, to the delivery always being on time with zero delays. The logistics side has been a breeze, making all these events so much less stressful. We were so happy with Platter Up's service. All the food arrived on tom, looked beautiful and was decorated and displayed really tastefully with flowers and dietary cards for each. The food was really fresh and a great variety of nibbles to choose from. We will definitely be using them again for our next event, highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish! Ordering was so easy thanks to the clear website and helpful platter photos. Delivery was on time with accurate tracking, and the food was fresh and delicious. A special thank you to Izzy who helped me arrange a smaller vegan platter to suit our requirements. The customer service was fantastic and made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend!

Super easy process – filled out the form online and received an email quickly with the options that would best suit my team. Was able to ask additional questions with ease and could go back and forth with additional requests. Delivery was efficient – I was hoping that the order would arrive a little earlier than I anticipated, however, it still came with reasonable time to allow me to set up everything before lunch. Absolutely outstanding food quality – everyone raved about the food and they thought it was the best catering they’ve experienced yet. Presentation was 10/10 and the quality of food was amazing. The freshest and best produce. Izzy was super helpful and accommodating to all of the additional requests and questions I had. When I called regarding the delivery whereabouts she followed up immediately with the driver and called me back straight away. Only critical feedback I have was that there was too much tape wrapped around the platters – made it really hard to unpack everything in a rush. But I do appreciate how well intact they all were to keep the presentation pristine. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

It was beautiful laid out, super well organised, they had thought of everything, delivered on time and was a huge hit. The presentation was far too professional for me to pretend that I made it, that is my only complaint. xxx

I ordered a mixture of platters and grazing tables from platter up and it surpassed my expectation massively. The presentation was amazing and the taste was just as good.
