Bowl Food
Presentation & Service Includes:
• Fully staffed by the Platter Up team, including in-event service
• Mini bowls and forks provided for all dishes
• Trays for staff to serve bowl food efficiently
• All required hot food equipment supplied
• Our team remains on-site throughout the event to actively serve
• We clear the site post-event, packing down and removing all equipment
Serving Guidelines: The number of bowls per guest will depend on several factors, including the event duration, the event style, and guest appetite. Below are general serving guidelines:
• Short Event (1–2 hours): 3–4 bowls per person
• Medium Event (2–3 hours): 4–5 bowls per person
• Long Event (3+ hours): 5–6 bowls per person
Booking Requirements:
• Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
• Minimum order: 30 guests
• A separate food preparation space (not the guest service area) is required
• A site visit may be required prior to your event

While we take every reasonable precaution to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergen traces.
