Serving Guidelines:
• Short Event, or prior to a meal (1–2 hours): Approx. 8–10 pieces per person
• Medium-Length Event (2–3 hours): Approx. 10–12 pieces per person
• Long Event (3+ hours): Approx. 12–14 pieces per person

Booking Requirements:
• Minimum of 48 hours' notice required
• Minimum order: 30 guests
• A separate food preparation space is required
• A site visit may be required prior to your event
