Grazing Tables

Get your guests mingling with a super stylish grazing table filled with specialty cheeses, charcuterie, dips, baked goodies, and sweet treats. Starting from just one metre, it's the perfect setup for any event or gathering. Each table is designed to be both abundant and eye-catching, providing a feast for the senses.
We offer seven delicious grazing tables served with complimentary artisan bread and crackers to pair with each grazing selection.

Presentation & Service Includes:
• Our professional food stylist team will handle everything, setting up a stunning spread right in your office or location of choice.
• Our grazing tables are set, so if you have guests who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or halal, you can order one of our 'Free From' platters separately.

Serving Guidelines:
• Plates, forks, and napkins are not included but can be added for a small additional charge
• We are unable to cater for less than 1 meter

Booking Requirements:
• Minimum 24 hours' notice required for all bookings
• Minimum order: 1 meter of grazing table

⚠️ Allergen Notice: All 14 allergens are handled in our kitchen. While we take every reasonable precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely allergen-free. If you or your guests have any dietary requirements or allergies, please notify us at the time of booking. Our team is happy to advise on suitable options.

I had the privilege of using Platter Up for a resident event in our community, which was a summer breakfast. The team arrived and set up in such a short time, the set up was so lovely and the food was even more delicious. All the residents enjoyed it and they mentioned how the fruit was so fresh and it was a lovely spread. I was so impressed with how quickly they set up despite having a shorter time due to access issues into the building and Dania stayed to help throughout the event and was very pleasant. He cleared up along the way and was generally so professional and helpful. A great company and very professional. It helps that the food is also very nice and fresh and comes just as described. I would definitely recommend booking them for an event.

We have used Platter Up for numerous company events now and it as always been above and beyond exceptional every time!! Their communication is always prompt and ordering is an easy process. The first time we ordered some Brunch Platters which had something for everyone and left everyone wanting more. We've also ordered the set up Lunch & Breakfast Tables which were set up beautifully and the whole office commented on how amazing everything was on both tables. Our last order was for their new Hot & Cold Bowls Catered event for a very important event in the office. From our very first visit from Philip I was put at ease how everything would go smoothly and be as great as we hoped. On the day, the service team were incredible and really went that extra mile to make sure everyone enjoyed the offering. They set up and broke down the service table and left everything spotless after. Special notice has to go tot he Sausage & Mash... We literally had people picking lots to see who could take the leftovers home with them!! We'll definitely be using them again for many more of our office events and look forward to working with the whole team again. Special shout out to Philip who helped us set up everything for the Hot & Cold bowl event. He made everything super easy and really went that extra mile for our little office ❤️
