Presentation and Service:
• Fully staffed by Platter Up, including in-event service
• Mini bowls and forks provided for all bowl food
• Trays for our staff to serve bowl food from
• All equipment required for the hot food is supplied
• Our team remains throughout your event, actively serving the bowl food
• We clear your site at the end of the event (all equipment is packed down and removed)

Serving Guidelines:
The number of bowls served per person depends on several factors, including the event duration, whether the bowl food is the only item or served prior to a sit-down meal, and the anticipated guest appetite. Below are general guidelines:
• Short Event (1–2 hours): 3 – 4 bowls per person
• Medium-Length Event (2–3 hours): 4 – 5 bowls per person
• Long Event (3+ hours): 5 – 6 bowls per person

• We require 48 hours’ notice
• Minimum of 30 guests

Please be aware that all 14 allergens are handled in our kitchen. While we take every reasonable precaution to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food will be completely free from allergen traces. If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking by contacting our team directly for advice.
Pricing:
3 bowls per person = £18.00 per person
4 bowls per person = £22.00 per person
5 bowls per person = £25.00 per person
6 bowls per person = £30.00 per person
