Food: We reserve the right to make substitutions due to unavailability, ensuring replacements are of equivalent standard and price. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens; therefore, we cannot guarantee that our food will be completely free from allergen traces. Our kitchen is not a nut-free environment, and some products may contain alcohol. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
For staffed events, we reserve the right to remove any food after the event that we no longer consider to be in a condition acceptable to our standards. Any remaining food becomes the responsibility of the client once we are no longer present.
Delivery and Collection: While we strive to deliver by the requested time, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or events beyond our control may cause delays. We will keep the client informed of any estimated late arrivals. Clients must ensure all items are ready for collection at a central point. Any missing, chipped, or broken items will be charged for. If a driver is required to return to collect missing items, a £30.00 charge will apply.
Loss and Damages: The Company does not accept responsibility for personal property of the client or event guests; such property is left at the owner's risk.
Liability: The Company is not liable for any failure to provide services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, governmental actions, war, fire, flood, explosion, or civil commotion.
Complaints: Any complaints regarding our service or food must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of the order or event. Please retain any food items that did not meet your expectations; we will arrange for a driver to collect them to facilitate a thorough investigation.

In such events, the client may, upon receipt of notice, renegotiate the provision of the specific element of the booking for which the cost has increased. This right does not permit the client to cancel the booking.
